Dr. Ferrell and her friendly staff strive to stay abreast of technological changes and innovations that prove to be effective, safe and advantageous for you. Our modern dental office provides a variety of services that may not have been available before. Laser dentistry, implant placement and restoration, digital x-ray images are among the advanced technology we use in our office. Because of the extensive and continuous educational process followed by Dr. Ferrell and her staff, you can be assured that the treatment you receive is based on solid scientific evidence and proven techniques.
Our goal is to help you keep your oral system healthy and functional for your lifetime. So, understanding your risk for disease or tooth loss is paramount to achieving that goal. During your examination, Dr. Ferrell will evaluate your bite, your teeth and gums, and tooth appearance in terms of your current condition and future needs. She will listen to your concerns. Finally, treatment plan is designed and your dental care is totally appropriate for you!
By taking care of what is healthy and by taking preventive steps as well as action on risky conditions, your teeth and oral health have the best chance of serving you well for your lifetime.
Facility
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. That means safety precautions and infection control. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Appointments: Scheduling
The office of Dr. Bonnie Ferrell is open Monday - Thursday from 7 am until 4 pm. Fridays are available by special arrangement. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you the same day.
We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that our practice provides a variety of highly technical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Every effort is made to keep you informed when there are delays or changes in our time schedule.

Appointment Changes
Your appointments are designed and reserved especially for you. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for or cancels an appointment without sufficient notice.
Dental Emergencies
Our office responds to emergency calls quickly. Usually, because we reserve time in our daily schedule for emergencies, we can see emergency patients the same day. Whether you are a patient of record or new to our practice, your emergency will be handled as expeditiously as possible.
Financial Matters
At the office of Dr. Bonnie Ferrell, we make every effort to provide you with the finest dental care and the most convenient financial options to pay. We accept Visa, MasterCard, your personal check, and good old cash in payment for your services.
With approved credit, we can offer several longer term financing options for you. We strive to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost for our patients. To keep our billing and administrative costs at a minimum, payment is due at the time service is provided. We will make every attempt to discuss your treatment and its cost prior to scheduling your appointment. We will also review your payment options.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
At your request, we will provide you with a summary statement following or any time during your treatment. If you have questions regarding your account at any time, please contact us at 303-341-2500. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
Dental Insurance Benefits
If you are fortunate to have dental benefits, we work hand in hand with you to maximize your reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are well informed and up-to-date and can be reached by phone at 303-341-2500. Please bring your insurance information with you to your first visit so that we can expedite reimbursement.
We routinely submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you receive the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule.
We are proud to be providers for Delta Dental PPO, Delta Dental Premier, and CIGNA Dental PPO. Most other insurance plans may be used in our office.
If you do not have access to traditional dental insurance, be sure to ask about TotalCare, our private, in-office benefits plan.
