I had a terrible fall, hit the asphalt, and heard crunching in my mouth. I was horrified to even look. My teeth have always been my most valuable asset and now my beautiful smile was gone. Dr Ferrell's staff had me come in right away. Although I was too swollen and sore to have treatment then, I was reassured by their sympathy and understanding of my situation. I felt assured that my teeth could be repaired and my fear of losing my front teeth was quelled. The procedure of placing a composite (white) filling over the surface of my chipped and broken teeth took about one hour and when it was all finished, it looked as though nothin at all had happened. The color matched perfectly and the sensitivity was gone. I felt whole again!

When I first saw Dr Ferrell, I was experiencing jaw pain and headaches. She identified a problem with my bite that my previous dentist of several years had never noticed. Dr Ferrell's treatement included a custom made appliance which improved my sleep and a careful, painless adjustment technique that gave me a good, even bite. Now, I no longer awaken with jaw pain and I experience far fewer headaches. Dr Ferrell and her staff have always been caring, thoughtful and professional.

"I no longer think about my teeth!
Twenty years ago I had some crowns put in that didn't fit well and had large margins. When I was in social situations I could become very self conscious of them, as I noticed people were looking at my teeth. Dr. Ferrell replaced these crowns last year. My new crowns have no noticeable margins and look natural. For me, the best result of being a patient of Dr. Ferrell's is I no longer think about my teeth at all - thank you Dr. Ferrell! I am a happy patient.

I have had several crowns in the past. Having a crown "installed" has not been a pleasant experience for me. The procedure with Dr. Ferrell was a stark contrast to my previous procedures. The procedure was far less aggressive to my mouth. I did not feel as if someone was using a wrecking ball to grind my tooth. The amazing surprise was after the temporary crown was installed. My mouth- my bite- had never felt so comfortable. By the way, I forgot to mention tht she worked on two teeth and the experience was easier that having one crown.
